RESEARCH USE ONLY POLICY

1. Intended Purpose

All products sold by Vantage Peptides are designated Research Use Only (RUO) and are intended exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not approved, intended, or authorized for human or animal consumption, therapeutic application, clinical diagnosis, or any purpose other than lawful scientific research.

2. Purchaser Obligations

By purchasing from Vantage Peptides, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, are a qualified researcher or authorized representative of a legitimate research organization, and that all Products will be used solely for lawful in vitro research. You consent to identity and credential verification at the Company's discretion, including IP address verification and requests for institutional documentation.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited: use of Products for human or animal consumption or bodily introduction of any kind; discussion of dosing, administration, or therapeutic protocols; clinical or diagnostic use; relabeling, repackaging, or altering Products; and resale or redistribution without the Company's written consent.

4. Enforcement

Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to the FDA, DEA, and other appropriate authorities. The Purchaser assumes full liability for any use of Products outside the scope of this Policy and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vantage Peptides as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, Liability Waiver, and Research Use Agreement.

5. FDA Disclaimer

These Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Vantage Peptides is not a pharmacy and does not provide medical advice.

6. Research Submissions

Purchasers agree to submit at least one summary of research findings or quality-control data annually to maintain active researcher validation. Submissions remain the intellectual property of the Purchaser.
